Location: the hotel was just off outskirts of town in what seemed like a new housing/ unit development area, airport and quiet and the centre. I tried some drinks at bar The Entrance Venue, located 5 minutes walk away. The facilities in the apartment were brand-new, beds were exceptionally comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with stunning lake views, perfectly situated in a peaceful area close to the town and the CQ coalfields.

Staying in this gem, I couldn't be more pleased with the prime location, nestled in a quiet area, perfect to escape the hustle of the city. Being in suburbia, it still managed to provide easy access to city centre gems, no need to worry about hunger cravings due to a fine selection of restaurants close by.

Some minor wifi glitches were experienced, but they weren't of much concern.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair

The size of the unit was great for a business trip, with enough space for a roommate. the en, suites in both rooms made it comfortable for both parties, and the lock, up garage provided security for our rental car. the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. the best part was the spacious verandah, which allowed us to enjoy the tranquility of the area.

Although the accommodation advertised a good location, it was about 3km away from the city center. Therefore, to go out, we needed to take a taxi.

Our stay at Direct Hotels was great! The spacious and tidy apartment was perfect for our family with young children. We loved having a bathroom for each room, a full kitchen, and a backyard - it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was also convenient, not too far from the center of town and in a quiet area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and being able to watch Foxtel during our downtime. we had a comfortable, quiet, and affordable stay.

The villas offered spacious living and kitchen areas, which was a plus for my family. The garage parking was convenient and safe. The facilities were generally clean and well-maintained. , the quiet and serene environment was perfect for relaxation.

The location was a major inconvenience as it was too far from the town. It was quite difficult to find a restaurant or café nearby without driving into town.
